Delivery & Returns

Delivery to any destination in New Zealand will be by courier or freight company. Please allow 2 - 5 business days for delivery of your courier goods, a dispatch email will be sent when the goods are dispatched. Dangerous goods items may take longer due to delivery by a specialist freight company. We will keep you updated at every step during order fulfilment. Our goal is to be able to deliver the exact product in the exact quantity with the exact quality that the customer needs exactly when its needed.

Delivery to outlying Islands may incur additional freight costs; we will contact you prior to goods being dispatched if there are additional costs.

RETURNS

Tasmark is dedicated to providing quality products and brilliant customer service to our happy shoppers. We trust you will enjoy the products that you have ordered, and the shopping experience with Tasmark, but if something isn’t right, please let us know.

 We make it easy – if you’re not happy, just follow the process below:

All our products are thoroughly tested & scrutinized. If however you are not happy with any aspect of your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 10 days from the purchase date, provided it is unused in the original packaging.  Tasmark will accept returns for the following scenarios:

  •          Notified within 10 days from order.
  •          Return freight is covered by customer
  •          Tasmark will not accept items sent back to stock if our team have not been notified beforehand.
  •          If returns are in a state of unacceptable quality due to misuse or not in accordance to manufactures instructions the return could be void.

FAULTY PRODUCT

Our quality control teams do inspect all deliveries to Tasmark to ensure the products you receive meet our exact quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us to arrange a free return delivery and replacement or refund.
